ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Ohh Dank! We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please take a moment to review our order processing and shipping details:
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
After placing your order, please allow up to 24 hours for processing. Orders are processed based on product availability and successful payment verification. Please double-check all order details before submitting, as Ohh Dank is unable to modify or cancel orders once they are confirmed.
Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays, and orders will not be dispatched on those days.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. If you don't receive this email within a few minutes, kindly check your spam folder. If it’s still missing, feel free to reach out to us at ohhdank23@gmail.com for assistance.
SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
1. Domestic Orders (Within India)
For all domestic orders, we offer complimentary standard shipping with delivery expected between 3 to 5 business days. Shipping times may vary based on your location.
2. International Orders
At this time, Ohh Dank does not offer shipping outside of India. We are actively working to expand our shipping services and will notify our customers as soon as international shipping becomes available.
SHIPPING PROVIDERS
To ensure your items arrive safely, we partner with reliable third-party shipping carriers. Ohh Dank will always strive to dispatch packages within the expected timeframe, but delays due to the shipping carrier or unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery through the carrier’s website.
ORDER REVIEW & SECURITY CHECK
For your security, all orders are reviewed by our fraud protection team. If there are any concerns about your order, we may contact you for verification. Ohh Dank reserves the right to cancel or reject any order based on these reviews.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Once an order is marked as delivered and proof of delivery is available, Ohh Dank is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. If you believe your package is lost, please first verify with the courier using your tracking details. If you need further assistance, reach out to us at ohhdank23@gmail.com.
Please be aware that the delivery carrier assumes all responsibility once the package is delivered.
FINAL SALE POLICY
1.Sales & Promotions: During sale or promotional periods, all purchases are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for discounted or promotional items.
2.Price Adjustments: If an item you’ve purchased is discounted after your purchase, Ohh Dank will not offer a price adjustment.

Due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances (such as public holidays or promotional events), shipping times may occasionally be longer than expected. While we always aim to meet the promised delivery window, we ask for your understanding in such situations.
